Graziella Androne, LMT

Graziella has been a NY Licensed Massage Therapist since 2019. She began school in 2016 and immediately fell in love with the practice. Massage therapy has changed her life for the better in many ways, and with that same energy she can give to her clients to see their tensions and pains change for the better. There is something about the human connection that you cannot replace with anything else. It is essential for our emotions, nervous systems, bodily functions, healing so much more than meets the eye.
Graziella enjoys being in nature, art, her cats, doing yoga, and being with her family. She currently offers Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Sports, Cupping, Hot Stone Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Shiatsu, Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Reiki. She also enjoys working with her partner Abby offering massage at different events and businesses throughout the year.

Abby Jones, LMT

Abby is a New York and Colorado Licensed Massage Therapist and an alumni of the Center for Natural Wellness (Fall ’17 Class). In school she loved the variety of insight about the human body and all the different modalities she was introduced to. She has continued to study the human body, different modalities of bodywork and the mind body connection.
Last year, Abby traveled to San Diego, California to become certified in Thai Massage as well as taking a part in an intensive human cadaver lab and study, focusing on fascia and getting a deeper understanding for soft tissue in the human body. She enjoys the physical relief that her knowledge and experience of the human body helps provide people and has a passion for studying the connection between pain and other physical phenomenons in connection to mental health and energy. Experiencing the results of this work not only in her clients, but also in her own self has been endlessly rewarding and inspiring.
She calls her work Integrative Bodywork and while you can book specific modalities with Abby including classic Swedish relaxation massage, Cupping, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy and Thai- you may notice Abby tends to integrate many modalities and techniques into the session as seems fitting to you personally. While she looks forward to continuing to travel and learn for the rest of her life in this field, she is overjoyed to have opened up shop in her hometown of Schenectady, NY with her business partner and dear friend, Graziella! We can't wait to work with you!

Joseph (Ryze) Montepagani 
Joseph aka Ryze Viola has been practicing Tarot reading for 17 years. His readings focus on emotional healing and shadow work, working on things that are challenging for you psychologically. He has experience working with children and families for the county, helping vulnerable people in his daily work. He is also an artist, painter and musician.
Joseph says, "People come into tarot thinking they're going to get this message of the future, with a lot of fear but it's really not about that. My readings have nothing noting doom or death. It's about how are you conducting yourself now, and what are the obstacles keeping you from where you want to be, inviting thought about how to navigate them."
